The successful candidate will be responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices, maintaining record of all company credit card spending and make payments to credit card accounts, analyzing all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy, and working collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits.
Other duties are as follows:
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
Ensure bills are paid in a timmely and accurate manner while adhering to department procedures.
Reviewing and processing employee payroll biweekly.
Verifying and entering payroll data for employees.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High school education, accounting and general ledger experience.
Highly preferred bachelor's degree in accounting.
